Kahama hotel has highly discounted its room rates to offer luxury accommodation at very affordable rates on a Bed & Breakfast Basis.

The above rates include Bed and Full Breakfast and all the many Government Taxes:-

Apartment with Two (2) Bed Rooms, Living Room and Kitchen.

Self Catering (Upto 4 Pax) – KShs. 11,950/=

Bed and Breakfast (Upto 4 Pax) – KShs. 11,950/=

Extra Bed per Person KShs. 2,475/=

Rooms supplement Charges.

Please note that Extra room Supplements are Chargeable over Easter, August and December Periods.

Kindly Note Below Children Policy:-

Children below 4 years are accommodated Free at No charge ( max. 2 per Room ).
More than 2 Children above 4 years sharing a room with parents are charged Supplement of KShs. 750/= per Child (Max. 2 per Room).
Booking with more than 3 children will be required to take extra available room with Supplement of KShs. 750/= for the 3rd Child.

Baby Cot Per Day :- KShs. 1,000/=

To guarantee your booking please arrange to pay for the booking 100% in advance as our Computerized Reservations System can only confirm bookings with Full payment on a "First Pay – First Served Basis".
Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa, Master cards) or Cash.

In essence an unpaid booking can be overtaken by someone else who pays
for the room first if we are house full, as can often happen!

Kindly note that our Check-In Time is from 12:00 NOON and Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM.

Room Booking Cancellation is Subject to the following:-

Before 7 days....25% Within 5 days....35% , 3days....50% ,

2 days....75% , 1 day....100%. No show..... 100%
